Ingredients:

Recipe for wine from currant and black chokeberry

Ingredients:

  • Black currant - 5 kg;
  • red currant - 3 kg;
  • Raspberry - 1 kg;
  • chokeberry - 5 kg;
  • dark grapes - 5 kg;
  • unwashed raisins - 500 g;
  • granulated sugar - 5 kg.

Preparation

We take a 20-liter bottle and fill it with berries: Black currants, raspberries and red currants. Then we add there the black chokeberry and the dark unwashed grapes. Sugar, about 3 kg, diluted with boiled water and pour the syrup into a container with berries so that they were completely covered. Then the bottle is properly sealed with a special stopper with a tube, the end of which is lowered into a jar with clean water and leave it for 2 months. After a lapse of time, the liquid is gently drained, filtered and add to it unwashed raisins. Now we dilute the remaining sugar with water, mix and pour berry infusion and sugar syrup into a clean, dry bottle. We cork it, and after about 1.5 months we enjoy a fragrant and pleasant taste of wine from currant without yeast!

Homemade fortified wine from currant

Ingredients:
