Ingredients:

  • boiled water - 2.5 liters;
  • jam raspberry - 1 l;
  • Raisins - 150 g.

Preparation

Warm boiled water is mixed with raspberryJam. Then we put unwashed raisins and mix everything thoroughly. Fill the resulting mixture into the bottle and top, on the neck, stretch the rubber medical glove. We put the wine for about 1 month in a dark place. As soon as the fermentation is over, carefully pour the wine into another bottle, close it tightly and let the drink infuse for 3 days.
